Job Overview

As a seasonal Usher at The Groves, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with seating and directions, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visitor experience. You will serve as a front‑line representative, providing excellent customer service, maintaining safety and order, and contributing to a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with entry.
• Assist in front desk ticket sales.
• Provide directions, event information, and assistance to guests throughout the venue.
• Ensure orderly crowd flow and guide guests to their designated areas.
• Assist with managing queues and controlling access to restricted areas.
• Monitor guest behavior and promptly report any issues to supervisors.
• Support safety protocols and emergency procedures when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of assigned areas.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent The Groves’ values at all times.
