Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Payments, Fintech, or Financial Services industries.
- Proven expertise in cross-border payments and remittance solutions .
- Experience selling to enterprise-grade clients (banks, PSPs, MTOs, or fintechs).
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Arabic (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager (or Senior Manager) to lead client acquisition and partnership initiatives across the financial services sector , focusing on cross-border payments and remittance solutions .
The ideal candidate will be based in Saudi Arabia and preferably from an Arabic‑speaking country , with a proven track record in B2B enterprise sales within banking or fintech environments .
This is a hands‑on, target‑driven role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving growth and establishing strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business opportunities and manage a strong sales pipeline across the region.Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle , from prospecting to contract closure.Build and nurture relationships with banks, fintechs, money transfer operators, and PSPs .Collaborate cross-functional with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery.Attend tradeshows, engage in lead generation, and maintain accurate reporting in CRM systems.Provide market insights and contribute to regional business strategy refinement.Seniority level : Mid‑Senior level
