Senior IT Project Manager

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading large-scale IT projects while ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with our strategic objectives. Your expertise will be critical in managing cross-functional teams, driving project execution, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and clients. Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple IT projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to closure

Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, resource requirements, and timelines

Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals with business strategies and client requirements

Identify risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle

Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to track progress against milestones

Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management

Mentor and support junior project managers and team members while promoting professional development

Requirements

Saudi Nationality is essential

Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field

A minimum of 4-6years of experience in project management within the IT industry

Experience in digital transformation projects, system development, and IT infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid)

Proven track record of managing complex and high-value IT projects

Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are strongly preferred

Additional certifications are considered a plus, such as : ITIL, COBIT, Agile / Scrum Master.

Proven ability to coordinate with technical and consulting teams and manage vendor performance.

Good understanding of risk management, scheduling budgeting, and progress reporting.

Experience in preparing project documentation (Scope of work, Project Plans, Progress Reports, Change Requests)

Personal and Technical Skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to adapt to changing environments.

Proficient in Project management tools such as MS Project and Jira.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in diverse team settings and manage stakeholder relationships

Fluency in Arabic and English is a must (Spoken and Written)
