ServiceNow ITAM Lead

Arthur Lawrence is hiring a ServiceNow ITAM Lead to develop and oversee the IT Asset Management strategy across hardware, software, and cloud environments for a client in Riyadh, KSA. This role ensures asset lifecycle governance, compliance, and cost optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement ITAM policies and lifecycle processes
• Lead HAM and SAM operations and teams
• Ensure license compliance and regulatory adherence
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT for cost-effective asset use
• Drive improvements in ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and reporting
• Support audits and track KPIs for asset performance
