What You Bring to the Table
Experience :5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the Proptech, Real Estate, or Hospitality sectors .A demonstrated ability to sign large, complex corporate deals , ideally with high annual recurring revenue (ARR) contracts.Prior experience working with clients in the Saudi market , with a strong understanding of regional dynamics, business culture, and market challenges.Track Record :Consistently met or exceeded quotas in previous roles, showcasing a strong performance history in driving revenue growth.Proven ability to manage and grow a multi‑million‑dollar sales pipeline and sign enterprise‑level accounts.Examples of successful sales pitches to C‑level executives that delivered measurable results.Requirements :Fluency in both Arabic and English (professional proficiency is non‑negotiable).Strong command of sales CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and enablement platforms.Flexibility to travel within the KSA when needed to meet clients and attend industry events.What You’ll Do
Drive new business revenue by building relationships with property developers , facility managers , Property Managers , and hotels, and other key players in the GCC real estate market.Own the end‑to‑end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting SaaS solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to deliver seamless client experiences.Represent Tenex at industry‑leading events and conferences across the GCC to generate leads and stay ahead of market trends.Develop a strategic territory plan to target high‑value accounts and create new opportunities in a fast‑growing market.What We Offer
