HSEW Manager - Saudi National (RC)

As a vital member of our team, the HSEW Manager will oversee health, safety, environment, and welfare initiatives, ensuring the protection and well-being of our workforce while fostering a culture of safety across all project sites. This role is crucial in delivering our vision for robust social infrastructure that aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. At JASARA, we are focused on delivering integrated project solutions and developing key competencies tailored to public sector infrastructure developments. The HSEW Manager will engage with various stakeholders and manage safety performance while adhering to local regulations, standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor HSEW policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.

Conduct HSEW audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

Deliver training and awareness programs for employees on HSEW principles and practices.

Investigate accidents and incidents, ensuring thorough reporting and analysis to prevent future occurrences.

Collaborate with project management teams, providing expert advice on HSEW risk management strategies.

Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and community representatives regarding HSEW matters.

Prepare and present HSEW reports, statistics, and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

Saudi National with a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in HSEW management, preferably within the construction or civil engineering sector.

Strong understanding of HSEW regulations, standards, and best practices applicable in Saudi Arabia.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Demonstrated experience in conducting HSEW audits and incident investigations.

Proven ability to develop HSEW training programs and engage employees in safety culture initiatives.

Certification in HSEW (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) will be an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
