in Saudi Arabia and the wider region. Key Responsibilities : Advising clients on corporate and M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and reorganizations. Drafting and reviewing transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, and related corporate documents. Supporting senior lawyers in negotiations and deal execution. Conducting legal research and providing practical commercial advice to clients. Requirements : Qualified lawyer with a

recognized law degree ; admission to practice an advantage. Experience or strong interest in

corporate and M&A law , ideally with exposure to cross-border transactions. Strong drafting and analytical skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus. Why Join : Exposure to
