To prepare for service as directed by the Head Chef / Supervisor. Setting tables with table linens, crockery, cutlery, and glassware, to serve food and beverages as part of the home delivery service, ensuring a high standard of service to maintain the restaurant in clean and hygienic conditions at all times.
To work in all areas of the catering department undertaking a variety of tasks as required, including general cleaning, stores, movement of equipment, and waste disposal.
