Waiter

To prepare for service as directed by the Head Chef / Supervisor. Setting tables with table linens, crockery, cutlery, and glassware, to serve food and beverages as part of the home delivery service, ensuring a high standard of service to maintain the restaurant in clean and hygienic conditions at all times.

To work in all areas of the catering department undertaking a variety of tasks as required, including general cleaning, stores, movement of equipment, and waste disposal.

• Prepare necessary beverages for guests.
• Wrap utensil packs in accordance with the various orders.
• Place and serve food for the clients.
• Transport and deliver meals from the kitchen to the service line.
• Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all food service areas, crockery, cutlery, bain-maries, trolleys, shelves, refrigerators, and hot cabinets, as well as sweeping and mopping all floors in the restaurant area.
• Perform any other job-related duties not specifically mentioned in this job description, which may be assigned by management from time to time.
