Job Minimum of 15+ years of experience shaping Learning & Development and Performance Management functions at a senior level.

• Must be CIPD Level 5 Certified.
• Proven track record as a master strategist in designing impactful leadership development programs, managing succession planning, and leading end-to-end performance cycles.
• Drafting HR policies for the company with the approval of management and implementing it effectively and efficiently.
• Must have excellent command of English and have exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous working experience in manufacturing industry would be an added advantage
