We are looking for experienced Release Manager.

Duties

As a Release Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the release processes of approximately 30 integrated systems within a complex, multinational environment. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with individual stream teams, gathering release requirements from key stakeholders, and using these insights to meticulously plan and coordinate deployments. You will work closely with internal teams to align release schedules, ensure compliance with quality standards, and manage dependencies across streams. Additionally, you will provide regular progress reports to the client-side Release Manager and support continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging best practices in SAFe, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.

The position requires flexibility, as you will work 50% remotely from Poland and 50% onsite at the customer’s offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involving regular business travel.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Release Management, Agile / DevOps coordination, or enterprise-scale delivery roles.
  • Proven experience working with SAFe (Release Trains), Agile methodologies, and ITIL practices.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure), CI / CD pipelines, API management, and IT system integration.
  • Relevant certifications such as SAFe RTE, PMP, ITIL v4, or Agile Scrum Master.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within international and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to business travel : 50% remote work from Poland, 50% onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
