Job Title : Pharmacist

Overview

Provides general healthcare advice and dispenses prescription and non-prescription medication along with non-pharma products to customers. Supervises the retail store team and operations to ensure key sales targets, customer satisfaction levels, and operational readiness are met.

Accountabilities

Store Management

• Ensure store readiness by monitoring compliance with internal readiness guidelines (e.g., staff readiness – uniforms, name tags; store readiness – temperature, storage conditions) to ensure effective daily operations and a professional store appearance.
• Perform duties in alignment with store-level Standard Operating Procedures, taking appropriate actions (e.g., loyalty program registration) to ensure individual performance meets standards.
