We’re seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager with proven expertise in events and exhibitions management across Saudi Arabia. This role oversees the full project lifecycle—from concept planning and client liaison to on-site execution—ensuring that every event or exhibition is delivered seamlessly, on time, and aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end execution of events, exhibitions, and corporate activations, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery.

Coordinate closely with clients, suppliers, designers, venue operators, and contractors to ensure alignment on all project milestones.

Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, maintaining strict control over timelines and deliverables.

Oversee production and logistics workflows, ensuring build quality, safety, and adherence to venue and local regulatory requirements.

Conduct site inspections and supervision during installation, event operations, and dismantling phases.

Manage vendor negotiations, ensuring cost efficiency and service quality.

Provide continuous client updates, handle revisions or change requests, and ensure client satisfaction at every stage.

Compile post-event reports, including performance analysis, lessons learned, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing exhibitions, events, or brand activations within KSA or the GCC region.

Strong understanding of event logistics, exhibition stand builds, and technical production processes.

Solid knowledge of KSA regulations governing events, venues, and temporary installations.

Exceptional project planning, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities.

Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Comfortable working independently and leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced project environments.
