Location : Al Malaz – Riyadh | Sun–Thu, 9 AM–5 PM

We’re Hiring : AR, Credit & Collections Manager

Now, they’re modernizing and centralizing their Accounts Receivable & Collections function at their Riyadh HQ, and they need a dynamic leader to drive this transformation.

The Role

They’re looking for an AR, Credit & Collections Manager to build and lead their newly established department. This is your chance to take ownership, shape policies, and guide a small but mighty team toward excellence. You’ll be at the heart of their financial health, ensuring smooth credit approvals, timely collections, and strong client relationships while keeping their cash flow solid.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of two junior collection specialists.
  • Oversee credit applications, set limits, and approve credit extensions.
  • Monitor receivables, minimize overdue balances, and keep cash flowing.
  • Build strong bridges between sales, finance, and clients to resolve issues.
  • Prepare clear reports on collections performance & credit risk for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections management.
  • Strong leadership with proven team management skills.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation abilities with clients.
  • Native Arabic speaker (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Riyadh-based or willing to relocate (on-site role).
