Job Description Senior Data Analyst

JOB PURPOSE Using data and analytics skills techniques and BI technologies to create valuable business information out of data to support stakeholders decision-makers and make data readable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.

Analyze the collected requirements and design a solution utilizing Companys BI stack.

Extract the necessary data from identified systems (e.g. SQL SAP BW Oracle...)

Transforms data as necessary to simplify and enhance data quality for the audience.

Adhere to design principles and best practices of the technology stack / BI tools in addition.

Tighten the process of accessing the data Monitoring system logs regularly and Redefining roles.

Working closely with data owners and consumers to define the needs including characteristics that make data of high quality and re-visiting processes and systems to ensure the involvement of collected characteristics that makes it high quality.

Coordinate; maintain expectation and communicate with stakeholders.

Support stakeholders to govern and maintain their data integrity availability and quality.

Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data.

Good knowledge in Data integrations and data Modeling.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree : Bachelors Degree in (Computer Science) MIS or equivalent.

Minimum Experience : 7 years of related experience.

Saudi Educated and local experience is preferred for this role.

Job Specific Skills :

Strong mathematical skills to help collect measure organize and analyze data

Knowledge of programming languages like SQL / Python

Strong Knowledge and experience in power bi (Creating Dashboards).

Technical proficiency regarding database design development data models techniques for data mining and segmentation.

Knowledge of data visualization software

Knowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate algorithms to datasets in order to find solutions

Problem-solving skills

Accuracy and attention to detail

Adept at queries writing reports and making presentation

Team-working skills

Verbal and Written communication skills

Proven working experience in data analysis
