We’re looking for Warehouse Managers — one open position in Riyadh and another one in Jeddah.
The warehouse manager will coordinate and supervise daily activities of the warehouse and assigned projects. He will be responsible managing warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of projects on time and within budget. Should manage teams of employees and deal with personnel issues such as recruitment, training, and employee wellbeing. Ensure workplace health and safety requirements and targets / productivity is met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock. Your role will be pivotal in the overall management, control, organization, and direction of either Outbound or Inbound operational areas of assigned warehouse(s) / projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and quality control processes.
- Oversee project management, including project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer support, and finance teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration in support of project objectives.
- Manage project teams, providing leadership and guidance to ensure that all team members are working effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and project management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members, developing their skills and capabilities to support their career growth.
- Ensure that the warehouse facility is safe, clean, and well-maintained, and that all equipment is functioning properly.
- Oversee the billing process and ensure on-time submission.
QHSE Compliance
Understand QHSE procedures / regulations as applicable to the business and ensure compliance accordingly.Enforce safety regulations across the yard, and ensure proper use of PPE and signage.Conduct regular yard audits and risk assessments.Maintain compliance with Saudi local regulatory requirements (SFDA, MODON, etc. if applicable).Ensure all activities adhere to ISO or other relevant certifications where applicable.Ensure all staff are trained and qualified for the assigned job.Participate in incident / non-conforming investigations and address the concerns quickly to provide a safe environment for the team.Demonstrating Customer Centricity
Adapt to ever-changing customer needs, aiming at providing customers (both internal and external) with an experience that exceeds expectations and drives long-lasting relationships.Identify ways to enable the team to build long term trust partnership with the customers. Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, logistics or related field.At least 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing warehouse operations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing warehouse operations.Experience in inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain management.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.Experience in budgeting, excellent organizational skills, and strong record keeping abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
