To direct control and effectively manage a van sales operation of sales areas in his assigned territory to achieve the budgeted volume & margin of products by continuously monitoring and reviewing team performance. About the role :

Manage & monitor performance of Supervisors to ensure all areas deliver the targeted volume & margin.

Achieve the budgeted volume & margin of Poultry products to deliver company’s targeted profit.

Achieve the distribution target on a week-to-week basis in all trade channels as per the recommended product portfolio to optimize the sales & increase market share.

Monitor and ensure that the orders of all products are in line with the market demand to control wastage & optimize sales.

Ensure that all customers comply with company credit policy to avoid any financial loss.

Qualifications & Experience

College Diploma, Preferred Bachelor's Degree.

3 years' experience in FMCG sales management with experience in handling sales teams.

Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Highly numerate and analytical. Computer literate. Driving license.

Competencies : Proficient in team management and leadership. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Assertive; time-management skills. Initiative; ability to work to targets and deadlines. Sound technical skills to set budgets by area and analyze factors affecting margin.
