A dynamic construction company established in 2020, with an impressive record of completed and ongoing high-quality projects are looking for an experienced Structural QA / QC. The Architectural QA / QC Engineer ensures that architectural works, including finishes, materials, and design features, meet project specifications, quality standards, and aesthetic requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Quality Control and Inspections : Inspect architectural finishes, including flooring, ceilings, wall cladding, and joinery, for compliance with approved designs.

Verify materials and workmanship meet project quality requirements.

Testing and Verification : Conduct checks on materials, including paint quality, tile adhesion, and glass performance.

Identify non-conformance issues and recommend corrective actions.

Documentation and Reporting : Maintain inspection reports, material submittals, and quality control records.

Submit progress reports to the Senior Architectural Engineer.

Compliance : Ensure architectural works meet safety, quality, and design standards.

Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to resolve non-conformance issues.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :

Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering.

Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structural QA / QC roles.

Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, and structural testing tools.

Strong knowledge of concrete works, steel reinforcements, and structural systems.

Ability to review technical documentation and specifications.

Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
