Key Responsibilities :

Identify and Prospect Enterprise Clients : Develop a deep understanding of Engagesoft’s platform and strategically identify high‑potential enterprise clients across Saudi Arabia.

Engage HR Leaders & Decision Makers : Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with CHROs, HR Directors, and other key stakeholders to position Engagesoft as a strategic partner.

Own the Sales Pipeline : Clearly communicate our value proposition, manage opportunities end‑to‑end, lead negotiations, and successfully close new enterprise deals.

Achieve Sales Targets : Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and KPIs through disciplined follow‑ups and a proactive approach to client engagement.

Qualifications :

3–7 years of experience in SaaS, HR Tech enterprise or B2B sales within the Saudi market.

Proven track record of acquiring customers and closing enterprise deals.

Exceptional communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Fluent in Arabic and English.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
