We are expanding Ideals VDR in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region and are looking for our first
Business Development Manager
based in
Riyadh . You will proactively prospect outbound opportunities, acquire new customers, and focus on closing deals.
What you will do
Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers in the Riyadh area
Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition
Proactively build and manage a pipeline, working with strategic accounts in Riyadh and developing new opportunities
Contribute to the execution of the sales & marketing strategy for the Riyadh region
Participate in M&A Community events to enhance Ideals' visibility
Deliver compelling product presentations to clients
Structure, negotiate, and close deals
Share insights and provide updates to customers
Provide relevant customer feedback to product development and management teams
Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to grow customer satisfaction and company revenue
What you bring
2+ years of experience in a full 360-degree sales cycle (origination to closing) within B2B or professional services
Experience in high-velocity sales environments
Proven track record of managing pipelines and closing deals
Exceptional business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and conduct client discovery
Fluency in English (C1 minimum) and native-level Arabic
Nice to have
Background in SaaS, financial services, or fintech industries
