Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with their financial needs
- Process cash and check deposits accurately and efficiently
- Withdraw cash and process check withdrawals within bank policies and procedures
- Balance cash drawer daily and resolve any discrepancies promptly
- Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information on bank products and services
- Promote bank products and services to customers when appropriate
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally and confidentially
