You'll work at the forefront of project innovation and craftsmanship, delivering sophisticated fit-out and woodwork solutions that define commercial, retail, and hospitality spaces across the Kingdom. Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle project delivery from planning, execution, and site coordination to handover, with a strong focus on interior and woodwork fit-out.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, clients, sales, logistics, production, and site consultants.
• Develop and manage the Project Management Plan, defining work phases, priorities, budget, and stakeholder communication.
• Supervise on-site activities and ensure all project milestones are met with the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Monitor the project schedule and budget; implement mitigation and change control strategies as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address coordination issues related to manpower, progress, and technical requirements.
• Prepare and maintain all necessary reports, including : Tools, Equipment & Team Requirements Report; Project Installation Report; Forecasted Bill of Services & Materials; Outsourced Installation Cost & Supplier Evaluation Report.
• Handle contract administration, including delivered work tracking, payment certificates, and follow-up on client collections.
• Ensure Health & Safety measures are effectively planned and executed across all phases of the project.
• Enter and update all project-related information in the CRM system.
