Key Responsibilities – Photo Retouching & Image Editing

Image Enhancement : Retouch and edit high-resolution product, lifestyle, and campaign images for web, social media, and print platforms. Color Correction : Adjust color balance, exposure, and consistency to ensure all images reflect our brand’s signature aesthetic. Quality Control : Conduct detailed reviews of photos for imperfections, ensuring flawless presentation. Brand Consistency : Work with creative and marketing teams to maintain unified visual standards across all touchpoints. File Management : Organize, archive, and track digital assets efficiently to streamline creative workflows. Collaboration : Partner with photographers, designers, and marketing professionals to deliver images that support campaign goals and storytelling. Process Optimization : Suggest and implement improvements for retouching workflows, tools, and best practices. Trend Awareness : Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, software, and retouching techniques. Essential Skills And Qualifications – Photo Retoucher, Digital Imaging

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Design, or related field; advanced training in digital editing is an advantage. Experience : At least 2 years of professional experience in photo retouching, preferably in e-commerce, fashion, or consumer-facing industries.
