Assistant Manager - IT Security Design

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Manager - IT Security Design to enhance our cybersecurity initiatives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design and implementation of secure IT architectures tailored to protect our corporate information assets and infrastructure. Partnering with various teams across the organization, you will ensure that our security protocols align with industry standards and governmental regulations. By leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to developing robust security solutions that are not only effective but also adaptable to the evolving threat landscape, thereby ensuring the safety and integrity of our systems. Responsibilities

Assist in the creation and enforcement of security design policies and frameworks. Collaborate with IT stakeholders to identify and address security requirements in projects. Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities in designs. Research and integrate advanced security technologies and practices into design processes. Ensure alignment with legislation and compliance standards relevant to data protection. Drive knowledge sharing around IT security best practices within the organization. Participate in incident management and post-incident analysis to refine security designs. Monitor industry trends and advancements in IT security to continuously optimize security strategies. Lead key projects related to security initiatives while collaborating with internal teams. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline. Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT security or related fields, with a focus on system design. Proven understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are advantageous.
