Plant Manager

Overview Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced

Plant Manager

to oversee operations at our Renewable Energy facility in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, optimize efficiency, maintain safety standards, and deliver production targets in line with company goals.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and manage plant operations to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.

Implement and monitor operational procedures, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Manage budgets, production schedules, and resource allocation.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and reduce operational costs.

Oversee maintenance programs to ensure minimal downtime and maximum equipment reliability.

Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for plant staff.

Coordinate with senior management on strategy, reporting, and operational targets.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

8–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role within renewable energy, utilities, or heavy industries.

Strong knowledge of plant operations, maintenance, and safety standards.

Proven leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
