Your Role :

As a DevOps Subject Matter Expert, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption and success of DevOps principles and practices within the organization. You will champion the cultural shift towards a collaborative and agile development environment, focusing on improving collaboration between development and operations teams, streamlining software delivery pipelines, and accelerating time-to-market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure process enhancements support broader business objectives while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will be responsible for fostering a DevOps culture, integrating necessary tools and technologies, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the effectiveness of DevOps initiatives.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with DevOps principles and practices.
• Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies, tools, and technologies (e.g., CI / CD pipelines, containerization, orchestration, IaC).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native technologies is a significant plus.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Groovy) and automation tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
