Overview
NextEra is seeking a visionary Marketing Lead to drive brand building, client outreach, and market presence for its newly launched ITeS venture. This strategic role will be instrumental in positioning NextEra as a leading player in the ITeS sector across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic planning :
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies as needed
- Own and manage company marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI
Brand building :
Interface with external marketing agencies to coordinate and execute marketing strategies effectivelyEnhance brand awareness and market positioning through innovative marketing campaignsOrchestrate company perception at industry events, conferences, and networking functionsDevelop and implement various corporate materials, including website design and content, corporate templates (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), factsheets, leadership profiles, corporate videos, and printed materials for board meetingsClient outreach & relationship management :
Strengthen client outreach programs to build and maintain robust client relationshipsFoster partnerships and strategic alliances to boost market presenceDigital marketing :
Oversee digital marketing activities including SEO, social media, and content marketingDevelop and manage the company’s social media profiles (in English and Arabic) including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTubeEducation & Work Experience :
8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within the ITeS sector, preferably in KSA / Middle EastProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategiesStrong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniquesPartner with senior stakeholders, including JV CXOs and board members, to facilitate informed decision-making and align on strategic initiativesAbility to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisionsExperience in managing budgets and optimizing marketing spendBachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related fieldWhy Join NextEra?
