Junior Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Jr. Accountant to undertake all aspects of financial management to join our team. This is a highly demanding, challenging and fast paced full time position based in Saudi - Dubai. If you are an effective negotiator and excel at driving down costs, then this is the position for you. Responsibilities

Processing Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable invoices. Prepare and publish timely monthly Accounts Payable reports. Prepare, audit and input employee reimbursements. Research technical accounting issues for compliance. Prepare and issue invoices for billing. Inventory reconciliation. Reconciliation of travel expenses. Skills and education

A College degree in Finance / Accounting. Strong Experience using Quickbooks. Experience in Netsuite is a plus. Accounts Payable - Accurate bill entry and reconciliation against open Purchase Orders and Bill of Ladings. Communicate with vendors regarding backup and missing invoices as appropriate. Inventory reconciliation process. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Knowledge of steel, aluminum and hardware components is a big plus. Experience in logistics and transportation is a plus. Seniority level
