Job Summary
DXC is seeking a senior engineer to operate and scale Identity Governance (SailPoint), Privileged Access (CyberArk), SAMA CSF / NCA ECC. Ideal : 5–10 years across IGA / PAM / PKI.
Key Responsibilities
- PKI / HSM : AD CS today; plan / operate HSM‑backed enterprise PKI (key ceremonies, dual control, CRL / OCSP, inventory / renewals at scale).
- Change & Incident : CRQs with test / rollback; post‑change validation; lead RCA; publish runbooks and hardening guides.
- Automation : PowerShell / Python and REST APIs for onboarding, rotations, cert discovery / renewals.
Tooling Scope
SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow; CyberArk PAS; AD CS + HSM (e.g., Thales); ServiceNow; SIEM.Compliance & Governance
Evidence packs and control mappings aligned with SAMA CSF and NCA ECC across IGA / PAM / PKI.Success in the First 90–180 Days
Complete one access campaign E2E; onboard ≥100 privileged accounts / month with ≥98% success; reduce expiring cert backlog by ≥80%.Qualifications
Nationality : Saudi ; bachelor’s or equivalent.5–10 years across IGA / PAM / PKI; strong scripting and audit evidence discipline.Certifications (Preferred)
Working Model
Based in Riyadh with standard business hours, plus occasional after‑hours or weekend change windows as scheduled. Pairing model during transition with advisor in read‑only / coaching role; expectation to lead independently post reverse shadow.Seniority level
