Nationality : Saudi ; bachelor’s or equivalent. 5–10 years across IGA / PAM / PKI; strong scripting and audit evidence discipline. Based in Riyadh with standard business hours, plus occasional after‑hours or weekend change windows as scheduled. Pairing model during transition with advisor in read‑only / coaching role; expectation to lead independently post reverse shadow.

DXC is seeking a senior engineer to operate and scale Identity Governance (SailPoint), Privileged Access (CyberArk), SAMA CSF / NCA ECC. Ideal : 5–10 years across IGA / PAM / PKI.
Key Responsibilities
- PKI / HSM : AD CS today; plan / operate HSM‑backed enterprise PKI (key ceremonies, dual control, CRL / OCSP, inventory / renewals at scale).
- Change & Incident : CRQs with test / rollback; post‑change validation; lead RCA; publish runbooks and hardening guides.
- Automation : PowerShell / Python and REST APIs for onboarding, rotations, cert discovery / renewals.
