Welcome customers, guide them through the showroom, and provide accurate information about products, prices, and promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Effectively promote products—especially new or slow-moving items—by highlighting features and comparisons.
Present the latest offers and discounts to customers and encourage purchases.
Preparing and serving hot and cold coffee drinks.
Receive and process customer payments accurately according to company policy.
Set up or restock product displays and promotional samples.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the workplace and maintaining the general appearance.
Monitor stock levels, handle product receiving and delivery, and provide accurate inventory reports.
Handle customer complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and maintain the company’s reputation.
Comply with the official uniform policy, occupational health and safety standards, and confidentiality rules.
High school diploma minimum; higher qualifications (Diploma / Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Marketing) are preferred.
Good understanding of sales and persuasion techniques.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Effective communication and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office.
Professional appearance and a friendly, confident personality.
