BIM Modeler (Saudi National)

Role Purpose

The BIM Modeler will assist in developing and managing comprehensive BIM models for engineering and construction projects ensuring alignment with project-specific standards and enhancing project efficiency and coordination.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Create and manage detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit Navisworks and other relevant software.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project specifications.
• Conduct clash detection and assist in resolving design coordination issues.
• Conduct QA / QC for LOIN requirements in BIM models as per projects / clients information requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the design, engineering and construction teams to maintain accurate documentation.
• Extract project-specific reports and documentation derived from BIM models.
• Experience background for Preparing comprehensive drawing packages including plans layouts schematics and detailed scale drawings and extraction of production engineering work.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide necessary BIM support.
