Cost Controller Specialist

Location : In-Kingdom

Finance & Accounts Department (FAD)

Reports To :

Finance Manager / Finance Director

Job Summary :

Monitors, analyze and controls project costs, ensuring alignment with budget and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Track project costs and expenditures.

Prepare cost reports and forecasts.

Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.

Coordinate with project and finance teams.

Maintain cost control documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s in Engineering, Finance, or related field.

5 years of experience in project cost control.

Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Knowledge in Oracle Projects & Costing.

Preferred

Experience with EPC projects.

Familiarity with cost control software.

Other Requirements

If (Engineer or Technician) in visa profession must register with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). SOCPA is an advantage.
