Our client, a leading digital transformation and solutions provider, is seeking a VP of Operations to oversee project delivery, increase growth, and ensure operational alignment with strategic goals across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery & Project Management
Oversee end-to-end delivery of products and services from initiation to closure.
Lead and ensure project execution per PMI standards.Service Management & Client SuccessSupervise service management functions to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and renewal.
Maintain consistent delivery quality. Oversee the monitoring and reporting of client satisfaction metrics.Crossfunctional Collaboration & OversightCollaborate cross-departmentally to ensure correct pricing, cost control, and profitability.
Present operational insights and performance updates to the board.Foster a culture of accountability, mentorship, and continuous improvement.Qualifications
10+ years of experience in IT services or software delivery operations, including leadership of large-scale projects.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (PMP certification is a plus).Strong track record in profitability management and client satisfaction.In support of nationalisation, this position is only open to nationals of Saudi Arabia.Seniority level
