Job descriptionLead and ensure project execution per PMI standards. Service Management & Client Success Maintain consistent delivery quality. Oversee the monitoring and reporting of client satisfaction metrics. Crossfunctional Collaboration & Oversight Present operational insights and performance updates to the board. Foster a culture of accountability, mentorship, and continuous improvement. 10+ years of experience in IT services or software delivery operations, including leadership of large-scale projects. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (PMP certification is a plus). Strong track record in profitability management and client satisfaction. In support of nationalisation, this position is only open to nationals of Saudi Arabia. Oversee end-to-end delivery of products and services from initiation to closure.
Supervise service management functions to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and renewal.
Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure correct pricing, cost control, and profitability.
