Role Objective

To lead the design coordination and engineering of MEP systems for data center projects, ensuring compliance with contract specifications, client requirements, and regional regulations in the UAE or Saudi Arabia. The candidate will apply innovative and cost-effective solutions to optimize design efficiency and project delivery.

Role Responsibilities :

• Develops creative solutions for MEP / data center requirements to reduce manpower, cost, and time.
• Researches advanced construction technologies for data centers.
• Utilizes design programs to improve speed and efficiency.
• Responsible for the release of MEP shop drawings for construction, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Performs MEP design review and analysis for data center projects, coordinating with consultants, clients, and authorities.
• Ensures compatibility of Architectural, Civil, MEP, and Steel disciplines.
• Delivers updated “Issued for Construction” drawings as per schedule.
• Reviews subcontractor / supplier shop drawings and material submittals for compliance.
• Conducts site visits to ensure design alignment with practical site practices.
• Prepares bid packages and assists with technical evaluation.
• Leads authority approval processes for construction.
• Trains and develops engineering personnel as needed.
