About the location

Soon to be one of the region’s foremost luxury beachside destinations, The Red Sea will span 200 km of coastline with islands and lagoons. The Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, featuring a yacht marina, leisure facilities, retail, an 18-hole golf course, and more. The destination will use sustainable practices, renewable energy, and targeted conservation zones with a focus on responsible development.

About The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead recruitment efforts across all divisions at Four Seasons Red Sea. You will develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and attract candidates who embody the Four Seasons culture and values.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions across the property.
  • Partner with department heads and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and create proactive hiring strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, partnerships, and market research.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives to position Four Seasons Red Sea as the employer of choice.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience that reflects the Four Seasons values.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting and recommendations.
  • Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, preferably in luxury hospitality or a multinational organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural awareness.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Local status as per Saudi labor law.
