Architectural Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to support the planning, design, and development of residential, commercial, or public structures. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual and technical design skills, a passion for architecture, and proficiency in design software and building codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and schematic designs based on project requirements, site conditions, and client vision
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, models, and presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Assist in creating construction documents and specifications
• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to support the planning process
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients throughout all phases of design and construction
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations
• Research materials, products, and design trends to recommend innovative and sustainable solutions
• Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and project coordination activities
• Work with senior architects on large-scale or multi-disciplinary projects
• Support 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization efforts for client presentations
