Document Controller

We are looking for a Document Control Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in QA / QC documentation processes and previous involvement in main contractor roles within similar superstructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and distribute project documentation in compliance with QA / QC and project standards.
• Ensure all documents are properly logged, updated, archived, and controlled through the designated document management system.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA / QC, site, procurement, and subcontractor teams to maintain accurate document workflows.
• Support audits and quality assurance activities by providing required documentation on time.
• Maintain confidentiality, version control, and document integrity across all project stages.
