Design, develop and improve NCMS business processes and policies in order to adapt to regulatory requirements and best practices. Consistently unearth innovative solutions and implement them by leveraging process and people Analyze internal / external customer feedback to drive improvements. Ensure alignment between strategic objectives, operating model and delivered services. Present periodic reports on BPM and quality of services Performed tasks related to KPI setting, performance management, business excellence, SLA's / OLA's and risk management at the process level. Managed process changes through cross-functional Stakeholders. Managed process improvement opportunities. Managed the company document management system Deliver solutions which leverage ongoing business process management and operational excellence to enable continuous improvement. Qualifications

Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree - Quality engineering, industrial engineering, or related. Minimum work of experience 0-4 years. Details
