Overview

Master-Works is looking for a skilled Data Scientist with over 3 years of experience to enhance our analytics team. In this role, you will dive deep into data analysis and apply your knowledge of machine learning and statistical techniques to drive business outcomes and support our strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design and develop robust data models and algorithms to tackle complex business issues
Perform extensive data analysis to identify insights, patterns, and trends from various data sources
Implement predictive analytics using machine learning and statistical methods to enhance decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
Communicate findings and actionable insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field

3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field

Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL

Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)

Strong skills in data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

Solid understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques

Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication skills to convey complex data concepts to non-technical audiences
