Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCMS Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements related to Oracle Human Capital Management Solutions. You will facilitate workshops, perform gap analysis, and ensure that system implementations meet organizational goals.
The candidate must have excellent communication, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of Oracle HCMS modules to support the entire project lifecycle from initiation through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users to elicit and document detailed business requirements.
- Conduct gap analyses between current and desired system functionality.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Coordinate with Oracle HCMS technical and functional teams for solution design.
- Support system testing, UAT, and deployment phases.
- Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare documentation including business process flows, functional specifications, and user manuals.
Required Tech Stack / Skills
Strong expertise in Oracle HCMS modules (Core HR, Self-Service, Absence, Performance Management).Familiarity with Oracle HRMS Work Structure and AME (Approvals Management Engine).Experience with requirement gathering and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel / Visio).Proficiency in conducting business process mapping and gap analysis.Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile / Waterfall).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.Additional Details
