Job description

Position Title : Human Capital Information Systems (HCIS) Specialist

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion).

Functional Expertise

In‑depth functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Workforce Management, Performance, and Learning modules.

Proficient in fast formulas and calculation rules.

Experience in data module configuration, report creation, and BI Publisher.

Technical & Analytical Skills

Strong functional expertise combined with solid technical capabilities.

Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel.

Experience in system integrations and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Skilled in system testing, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolving system issues efficiently.

Professional attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
