Emergency Manager (M / F / D), Saudi Arabia Dear network,

I am currently looking for an Emergency Manager (m / f / d) on behalf of one of my clients for an on-site project in Saudi Arabia.

Start : February 2026

Duration : 5 years

Workload : Full-time (48 hours / week)

On-site presence : 80-100%

Required skillset

Risk assessment and analysis → Identification of potential hazards and evaluation of their impact.

Development of emergency response plans → Planning procedures for various emergency scenarios (e.g. fire, evacuation, natural disasters).

Evacuation planning and execution → Organizing safe and efficient evacuation measures.

Coordination with authorities and emergency services → Collaboration with police, fire departments, medical services, etc.

Training and awareness for employees → Conducting drills, training sessions, and awareness campaigns.

Crisis communication → Developing communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.

Monitoring and improvement of safety measures → Regular review and adjustment of emergency plans.

Incident documentation and post-incident review → Analyzing incidents for continuous improvement.
