We’re looking for a skilled and passionate HSEQ Superintendent to join our Major Projects Team , with a primary focus in NSW over the next 12 months.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll champion safety and compliance across essential infrastructure projects - 60% field-based, 40% office-based - working closely with project teams and clients to embed a strong safety culture and ensure operational excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities
Be the go-to expert for WHS advice and practical safety solutions on-site.
Lead HSEQ input into tenders and project startup processes.
Develop and maintain tailored Systems of Work for AIPG operations.
Coach and empower teams to understand and apply HSEQ frameworks.
Support incident reporting and investigations, ensuring accuracy and follow-through.
Monitor safety performance through regular reporting and trend analysis.
Facilitate toolbox talks, safety meetings, and injury management initiatives.
This role involves travel and living away from home for up to two weeks at a time, offering variety, challenge, and the chance to make a real difference on the ground.

Do you have?
5+ years’ HSEQ experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Diploma-level qualifications in WHS (minimum)
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards
Unrestricted driver’s licence and willingness to travel nationally
Proficiency in MS Office and WHS systems
Excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of WHS legislation
Great to have, but not essential :
ICAM Lead Investigator, Lead Auditor, and Cert IV TAE (preferred)
Drug & Alcohol Testing accreditation (desirable)
