Our client is seeking an Execution Manager - Commercial & residential projects located in Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities :

• Project Scoping & Planning : Define project scope, manage project planning, and ensure construction process control is aligned with overall project goals.
• Project Management & Reporting : Oversee project execution, ensure timely completion, report on progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, including managing automated testing and regular inspections.
• Team Leadership & Coordination : Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, providing leadership to ensure that project milestones are met. Liaise with senior leaders for project alignment.
• Stakeholder Management : Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks during project execution and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
• Direct Reporting : Report directly to the Development Manager and Department Director on project status, challenges, and progress.
• 8-10 years of experience in construction or execution management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in construction planning, quality control, and managing complex projects in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience in reporting progress and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Previous experience in managing distinguished projects within the Gulf region is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and construction processes.
• Ability to navigate complex challenges and resolve issues effectively.
