Overview

Online Consultant (Remote) - Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and video calls
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience

Qualifications

Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency preferred but not required)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Previous experience in customer service or consulting

Ability to work remotely and independently

Must have a biometric passport for travel purposes
