Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.

Track and report project progress to the Project Manager.

Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Monitor project costs and ensure they are within budget.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Identify and resolve project issues and risks.

Prepare project status reports and other documents.

Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Assist in developing and implementing project management processes and procedures.

Provide administrative support to the Project Manager.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in project management.

Experience in the design and construction of large‑scale projects.

Knowledge of engineering principles and practices.

Professional registration with a relevant body (e.g., PMI, ICE) will be viewed favorably.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize tasks.

Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Ability to interpret and analyze data.

Project management.

Budgeting and cost control.
