Principal Contracts – METSO Contract
Wood is seeking a Principal Contracts – METSO Contract role to support Ma’aden’s strategic gold mine and processing facility in Saudi Arabia. This long‑term site‑based role will begin with an assignment in the Riyadh or Al‑Khobar office prior to mobilization.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the METSO vendor contract from award through execution.
- Review contract deliverables, variations, and claims.
- Ensure alignment of commercial terms with project and client requirements.
- Interface between vendor, engineering, and client teams.
- Support audits and performance evaluations.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Law.10+ years of contract management experience on EPC / EPCM projects.Experience with OEM or equipment supply contracts, preferably METSO or equivalent.Strong understanding of FIDIC or similar contract forms.About Us
