Description of Duties:
- Maintain complete files for all associate
- Updates employer paytrax and records according to information listed and under the guidance of the Talent & Culture Director (enters data for new hires, change of status etc.)
- Work on GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa platform.
- Onboarding process for new joiner.
- Arrange events and activities
- Arrange annual leave and flight booking
- Arrange medical insurance processes
- Manage and complete any task related to T&C Department
