Job Title :

Regional Sales Manager

Location : Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Duration : Full-time

Candidate

MUST be from Italmatch Chemicals or MUST have previously worked for BWA Water Additives. Only candidates from these companies will be shortlisted and processed

Must-Haves

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA is a strong advantage.

7+ years of B2B sales experience in water treatment chemicals or specialty chemicals, preferably with direct exposure to desalination or industrial water management sectors.

Proven track record of working with government entities and navigating public procurement frameworks in the Middle East.

Fluent in Arabic and English language proficiency is required

Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and technical understanding of water chemistry and membrane treatment processes.

Experience in managing cross-cultural distributor networks and working independently in a regional setup.
