Required Technical Skill Set : Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant Handling regular issues in HRMS & Payroll – Core HR, Payroll, Self Service, OLM etc. Monitoring the daily scheduled programs and supporting the tickets received from the end user. Able to fix and assist the end user with Production support issues (Related to Report, Interface, Workflow, AME). 24 x 7 support for the applications. Able to do bug fixes / production fixes on a FastTrack process and coordinate with other stakeholders. Provide workarounds to the stakeholders. Also have knowledge on Oracle support to check standard errors and follow up with Oracle. Knowledge required
