Interior Design Draftsman

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed interior drawings using Revit, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details
• Create functional and efficient space plans based on client requirements, design intent, and regulatory standards
• Translate design concepts into precise construction documentation for fit‑out execution
• Coordinate with interior designers, MEP engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility
• Demonstrated Knowledge and experience in interior space planning
• Prepare layout revisions as needed
• Maintain drawing standards and ensure compliance with local codes and project specifications
